 I’m a transpersonal, client-centered hypnosis practitioner specializing in spiritual exploration, past life regression, and self-resourced transformation. My practice is grounded in a simple but powerful truth: you already hold the wisdom and clarity you’re seeking.

My role is not to fix you, diagnose you, or lead you toward my answers.
My role is to guide you inward—toward the whole you.

what Hypnosis is, and Isn’t…

Hypnosis is a state deeply focused attention and heightened awareness. In this state you are always fully aware and in complete control. Your facilitator can guide you to access your inner wisdom and deep connection, both to your body and the patters of beliefs and behaviors. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, so if you are ready and believe you can do this work, you can.

The hypnosis for hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis; you will not cluck like a chicken or do or say anything you don’t choose to say. It is not a magic cure, but your willingness and readiness does mean you can have profound and immediate impacts physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Hypnotherapy can open up blocked spaces, help you identify patterns in your life, and answer questions you aren’t even sure how to ask. It can provide a way for you to hear your own inner wisdom, and choose a new path.
